“Yellow Mustard” is ok… make sure you read the label and that is no sugar added
I looked up info you will need to add this to your calorie count
(84cal) = 124gr (1/2 cup) – Yellow Mustard
A little goes a long way…just be HAPPY it’s allowed and use lightly! Enjoy
